How can I book a car?
You can book a car by simply choosing the desired car and filling all the required informations.You can also reserve a car by calling us +30 6942880485. If you choose to reserve a car online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all our vehicles have mandatory Civil and CASCO insurances.
Do I get the same car as shown in your website?
Any vehicle shown on the website is for guidance and can be substituted for different model or an upgraded model of the vehicle could be made available by the supplier. Any refusal to such changes should be dealt directly with the supplier and not with RhodesCarRentals website.
Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?
You can take the car at the location that you provided. If you have reserved a car for more than three days, we can deliver the car to the location of your choice. The car has to be returned to an agreed location.
What are the methods of payment?
You can pay by cash or by credit car upon pick up the car.
How i will find your employee at the Airport or at my Accomodation?
If you ordered to pick up the car at the Airport, our employee will be waiting for you upon arrival at the Arrivals Hall(Exit Gate 5) and will be holding a banner with your name on it. If you ordered the car to be delivered to your accomodation,then you will meet in front of the reception at the provided date and time of the rental order.
Can I change the car after the reservation?
Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation after approving it, please call +30 6942880485 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contact page.
Do i have road assistance?
We provide 24/7 road assistance service for all inherent mechanical faults related to the vehicle specified in the rental agreement document.For all other roadside assistance call outs including refueling,keys loss and keys locked in the vehicle a service fee will will be charged.
